Precision Cut 3D LLC – Built on the Rails of History
At Precision Cut 3D LLC, trains aren’t just part of our business—they’re part of our story. Nestled at the foot of the Wasatch Mountains in Ogden, Utah, we operate in a place where railroad history runs deep. Just north of us, in Corrine, the Golden Spike was driven, linking the first transcontinental railroad and forever changing the course of American industry. Our facility sits only six blocks from Ogden’s historic Union Station, a landmark that once pulsed with the energy of locomotives forging across the West.
Surrounded by active rail lines, a historic flour mill, and granaries with dedicated rail spurs, we live and work where the sound of trains is a daily rhythm. Our roots in rail innovation stretch back to 1994, when one of our founders patented a railroad bridge monitoring device designed to prevent trains from crossing unsafe structures. That same dedication to safety and innovation continues to drive us today.
Since 2009, we’ve been crafting high-quality products for the rail and transportation industries, combining precision engineering with a deep respect for railroad heritage. Our latest innovation, the Brake Stick, is the lightest, strongest, and safest of its kind—built for those who keep the rails running.
Whether you’re a lifelong railroader, a train enthusiast, or simply someone who appreciates the power and history of the locomotive, we share your passion. At Precision Cut 3D LLC, the history of trains is in our blood—and our future is built on their legacy.
