Precision Cut is nestled in front of the Wasatch Mountains, where we are surrounded by train tracks.  Just to the  North of Ogden is Corrine Utah, where the Golden Spike was first driven to connect the first trans-continental railroad tracks.  Our manufacturing facility is a mere 6 blocks away from the Historic Ogden Union Train Station and Union Pacific Train Depot.   We are situated between a large flour mill and another large granary  that are serviced with their own rail spur systems to move their products.  Our own heritage with rail equipment and tools go back to one of our founder’s  early  patents from  1994 which was  a railroad bridge monitoring device  designed to prevent trains from crossing a damaged bridge.  Safety in the rail industry has always been a driving factor for our products.   Like all Americans,  we rely on the service trains provide.  Our home land of Ogden grew from the rails and the good they continually bring to the  Ogden Valley.    The History of Trains is in our Blood and we are proud of that heritage.
