The Brake Stick by Precision Cut is covered under a 1 year pro-rated warranty from date of purchase against manufacturer defects.  All claims must be filed within the warranty period.  File a warranty claim via email to your areas sales representative with the following information:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             1.  Photos of the damaged stick ( 3 photos minimum) including the damage itself, the serial number (or name label location) , and the complete stick.

2. Size and serial number of the damaged brake stick.

3. Explain in a few sentences, how the brake stick became damaged.

4. A complete shipping address for the replacement brake stick(s) to go.

After the warranty claim is received, claim eligibility will be determined.  If found eligible, the pro-rated amount will be calculated for the replacement brake stick and be notified of the status.  We make every effort to ship replacement brake sticks within 1-2 business days.
